THE STORY OF HOW I LOST WEIGHT AND FOUND MYSELF

I would say my journey is incredible from L to XS and from being a lazy potato couch to a fitness freak.

I was never a huge fan of workouts and to be honest it didn’t bother me too much, but over a period of time I noticed that something was not normal and it was my unhealthy lifestyle because of lack of care and knowledge in nutrition which was putting my health at risk.

I didn’t have time to go to the gym—so I decided to join the fitness program to start working out from home. Instead of skipping meals, I stuck to the healthier versions of everything I liked, in moderation as per the trainer guidance. It was hard at first, but I was not ready to give up. With time, it became easier, and once I got used to it, I started enjoying it.

It was the little things at first. My clothes started feeling airy. I could feel more energetic than before which helped me in pushing forward. Now, I feel lighter, fitter, stronger and most importantly, healthy and my back is stronger than ever. I am a new person now, I started feeling happy again. I severed ties with everything that was pulling me back, both mentally and physically.

IT BECAME AS ESSENTIAL AS BREATHING.

As I retraced my weight loss journey and everything I had gone through, I understood that I am not alone in this fight. There are thousands of women out here who are going through same phase in battling. Hence we decided to extend the helping hand to reach out many others to battle the demons which I once did.

I noticed that how women forget to take care of themselves because they are too busy in taking care of everyone else. Let me stop you right here. Your body is your first home; make sure it is clean and has a strong foundation. Don’t make yourself feel unwelcome.
